The skin analysis and recommendations provided through our Service are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS: Our app may suggest skincare products based on your skin analysis. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute these products. We cannot guarantee that these products will work for your specific skin condition or that they will not cause adverse reactions. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MRIZZ BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR ADVERSE REACTIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF PRODUCTS RECOMMENDED THROUGH OUR SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE SUCH PRODUCTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
